Hi everyone! Welcome to Under the Crust’s blog. We thought this would be a great way for our friends, fans and all pie lovers to keep an eye on whats going on “under the crust” of our operation.

We know we can go off on extravagant pie tangents (which will happen from time to time), but we will always have certain topics for you to follow as we move further into the wonderful world of mini pies. We will open the door to give you a peek inside our bake shop and even take you along with us to some of our events. Of course, we will also keep you posted about our many new and exiting things to come.

Become a piece of our pie! We welcome all the “likes”, comments and discussions about anything pie, because if we could, we would talk about pie, pie and more pie!
